Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled or updated prior to being dispatched (within 1-3 business days). After items have been dispatched, the returns and exchanges policy will need to be followed.
I received the wrong item, what do I do?
If you receive the wrong item with your order, please email our customer service team at: info@msfapparel.com.au and we will get the right items in your hands ASAP.
My order is late or hasn’t arrived
Once your order has been shipped, you must contact the courier directly for the most current details on your order. For lost or stolen shipments, please contact our customer service team via email at: info@msfapparel.com.au
Can I change my shipping address?

Where can I find my tracking information?
Individual tracking information is sent directly via email to the address provided at the time of ordering. Tracking details are sent from the courier directly within 24 of pickup.
Are there special care instructions?
Each product is made and designed with low-maintenance in mind. To get the most out of your items we recommend a separate first wash in cold water. Air dry. For individual care instructions, follow directions on the product tag.
