Credit Note or Exchange

• For any full-priced, unused, unworn items in their original state, an exchange or credit note is available within 14 days of delivery. 
• Any items returned must be free from odours, marks or makeup with original tags 
• attached in order to process the return. 
• Credit Notes will be issued via email and are valid for 2 years from exchange date. 
• Note that all sale items are final sale.

• Name
• Order number
• Items Returned
• Reason for return 

Our customer service team will follow up within 24 hours with return details.
